Bulk & Heavy Items: Trailers and body fairings are priced separately. Please add to your cart to see the carriage charges for heavy and bulky items. Trailers are supplied assembled unless otherwise stated. The cost for trailer delivery is £65+vat per item within a 150 radius from our Midlands warehouse. Trailers can also be collected with 48 hours notice.
Delivery Times for Website Orders:
Express Delivery is offered in some areas - 2-3 working days or sooner if possible. If this is available in your area, it will be shown when you enter your postcode/location. If you do choose this option, your order will receive priority and orders placed before 3pm will be despatched the same day. After 3pm the order will be classed as received the next working day and despatched then.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 3-5 working days. If your order is placed after 5pm on a working day, it will be classed as placed the following working day and despatched accordingly.
All goods must be signed for upon delivery.
International Orders: For overseas customers - the shipping cost for your country will be shown at checkout. If it does not, please contact us by email or telephone. Thank you.

Prices are shown including VAT. However, the VAT element wil be shown separately on the final invoice.
Returns Procedure
- Telephone 01562 861 607 for a 'Returns Number'
- Download & complete the 'Returns Form' from - www.apachequads.com/technical-parts.php
- Secure the product(s) in the original packaging together with the returns form, copy of the delivery note with your details on it.
- Return goods to: Returns Dept., Easy Quad Parts at Apache Quads, Arthur Drive, Hoo Farm Ind. Estate, Kidderminster, Worcs, DY11 7RA
- For your protection - we suggest that you insure the package for the full amount of the goods. For the avoidance of doubt, Quads Direct Ltd shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Conditions of Return:
Returns are simple - but subject to certain rules:
- Electrical Items or Service Items cannot be returned: These include: batteries, chargers, cdi units, cdi assemblies, starter relays, magnetos, ignition coils, brake pads, tyres, spark plugs, chains etc.,
- You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning the products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product returned if such costs have not been paid in full.
- Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent - unused, unworn, undamaged.
- Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund
- The goods must be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of invoice/despatch to you.
- Subject to the conditions above, Quads Direct Ltd will refund the full cost of the item less the carriage and 10% re-stocking charge. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the products. Returns take around 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
